… registered the new setting in the options object, added a checkbox in the Advanced Options section for the new setting, and modified initializeOnDomReady to check the setting and show the hints when it's enabled.

Description
I've added a feature that's been requested a few times in issues, and that's opening the link hints when a page is loaded.
A new setting has been added to the advanced options section, and now when a page is loaded vimium checks if the setting is enabled and hints pop up, just as if the user were to have already pressed 'f.'
This reduces the number of keystrokes involved when a user is navigating the web with their keyboard.
