Summary

Prepare FluxTuner 1.0.7 as the consolidation release that closes the post-1.0 refactor and repository-wide maintenance pass.

Changes

Bump the package version to 1.0.7.
Add the 1.0.7 changelog entry.
Document the completed architecture, documentation and workflow consolidation.
Document the strengthened package and release validation.
Add the 1.0.7 AppStream release entry.

Clean wheel and source distribution build
Installed-wheel smoke tests
Verified fluxtuner --version reports 1.0.7
