Diagnostic PR — no CI runs on this. PRs created with the

The committed artifacts/health/<date>.json records every UI anchor
checked, which ones regressed, and a screenshot/HTML capture of the
page Chrome was on. To resolve:

1. Open claude.ai/design in your debug Chrome.
2. Inspect the failing selectors (see health.results[].id).
3. If Claude moved a button/data-testid: update ui-anchors.ts and
   any consumer in designer-controller.ts / selectors.json on
   a fresh branch — that branch's CI will run.
4. If the change is a real regression in the live UI: file upstream
   • bump the patch version when the workaround lands.
5. Close this PR once the fix lands or once chromeUrl recovers.
