将手动压缩按钮从单击触发改为长按 650ms 触发： - requestAnimationFrame 驱动进度条动画（从左到右渐变填充） - 按住时显示「按住中…」，松开未满 650ms 自动取消 - 支持触屏（onTouchStart/End/Cancel） - 按下时添加 ring-1 ring-ring 视觉反馈 - 组件卸载时自动清理动画帧，避免内存泄漏
