RHEL8 is no longer used in our CI, nor are the stream FIPS versions.

We can't remove the FIPS ones until we've done a cryptography release. Can you split the RHEL bits out? |

It won't build new ones but do we care if we run against (mildly) out of date images until we release 49? (If yes then it's easy enough to do a separate PR) |

It's going to be all fun and games until it turns out the image has some virtualenv with a weird bug in it or something. I'd rather keep building the image until it's really dead. |
