Add animation-speech to WIDGETS section

Add animation-speech — a configurable transparent speech animation overlay for Wayland using the gtk-layer-shell protocol.

Features:

• 8 animation types (wave, equalizer, soundwave, circular, particles, etc.)
• UNIX signal control (SIGUSR1/SIGUSR2) for easy integration with TTS/STT backends
• Microphone modulation (optional)
• Interactive visual config selector
• Rounded background with customizable colors and gradients

Written in Python with GTK3 + Cairo.
