Summary

Implements smart weekly financial digest as described in #121.

Features

  • /digest/weekly: Weekly digest with spending comparison, category breakdown, auto-generated insights
  • /digest/weekly/history: 4-week trend data for charts
  • Insights engine: spending spikes, category shares, upcoming bills alerts
  • Production-ready with comprehensive tests

Acceptance Criteria

  • Production ready implementation
  • Includes tests
  • Documentation (inline docstrings)
