Summary

bump github.com/runmedev/owl to current Owl main after the source/seed and legacy internal cleanup work
seed Runme's Owl-backed session store through pkg/owl/seed.NewStore
pass Runme's observed session environment as [process]
pass project env-file order into Owl seed discovery
enable Owl direnv attribution when the Runme project enables direnv, instead of running the old shell-based direnv loader for Owl sessions
keep Runme's Owl command adapter compiling against the current resolver prompt interface
