- implement wl_touch_listener

- fix EGL initialization - disable loading cursors theme for a while - disable check EGL extensions for creating Wayland surface (its cant find this on hybris devices) - audio volume control support
- in first stage, just create window in fullscreen size.
- fix minumum required version of scons, to use built in scons from AuroraSDK - little bit clean code
