Bug: "Hex Editor Sections Start Collapsed" Doesn't work for the Notes section in the hex editor

Love the plugin! Caught this minor oversight: when using the plugin settings to choose which sections open collapsed by default in the right-click hex editor, toggling the setting for the Notes section has no effect.
