### Experimental FHE Work

HEU also contains early FHE work under `heu/experimental`. In particular,
[`heu/experimental/bfv`](heu/experimental/bfv/README.md) provides an
experimental BFV stack with C++ libraries, unit tests, runnable demos, and
benchmarks for evaluation and integration work. It is not yet wired into SPI,
PyLib, or HEU's stable public APIs.

HEU 也在 `heu/experimental` 下保留了早期 FHE 探索代码。其中
[`heu/experimental/bfv`](heu/experimental/bfv/README.md) 已提供一套实验性的
