Seed full-disk, hardware-backed keys, TLS/SSH, and cloud KMS custody. Messaging, email, database, file, partition, and volume pages stay unmapped. Disk encryption is not a hardware wallet. Cross-links to OpSec and Infrastructure come from shared devices and cloud nodes.

What does this PR change?
Stacked on #638 (DPRK IT Workers), which stacks on #637 / #636 / #635 / #633.
Maps Encryption for lost endpoints, on-path traffic, and cloud disks. Full-disk encryption, TLS/SSH, KMS/BYOK custody, and hardware-backed encryption keys (TPM/SED/HSM). Explicitly not a hardware wallet.
Unmapped on purpose: messaging, email, database, file, partition, and volume pages.
Cross-links:
Wallet Security stays unshared. The encryption overview treats on-chain key material as a different problem. Privacy stays unshared until communications encryption is mapped.
