When BAT_OPTS includes --paging=always, --list-themes would force all output through a pager, degrading the experience. Override paging_mode to QuitIfOneScreen in list_themes(), consistent with how --list-languages already handles this (using a plain config with QuitIfOneScreen). Fixes #1618
