feat: multi product reorg

Summary

This (draft) PR explores minimum migration path for multi-product reorg.

Creates and moves:

• Concepts > Translations into Concepts > Framework > Translations - seems to be a better place
• Products > Tools for CLI and MCP - those tools are important enough to be exposed
• Products > Frontends for Frontends and it's projects - DSR and Sales Agent - better org and belonging
• Products > Services for Nexus, Payments, Analytics, Intelligence+, ... - they all need a dedicated space
• (?) Products > Environments for PaaS, SaaS, CI, Shopware.build and local (?) environments ("baremetal", Docker, ?) - might need to rethink

With that in place, the navigation becomes:
