add the remote control FUT100 logic
because the FUT100 use the same logic and codes as FUT089 for the group 0-8 the bride can't decide in the sniffer, from which remote it will be send.
Therefore also FUT089 will be shown as fut100 in the sniffer, if
build_flags = -D USE_FUT100
is set.

Introduces FUT100 (100-group RGB+CCT) remote support and ethernet target, plus API/UI updates for larger group ranges.

• New FUT100PacketFormatter and FUT100Config; integrate into MiLightRemoteType, helpers, and radio config (shares V2 RGB+CCT). Adds parsing/commands (hue/brightness/kelvin/saturation, group 9–100 logic). Updates tests.
• Expand group handling to 0–100: updates OpenAPI, web2 zod API/types, form validation/UI (toggle groups), and server route handling buffers.
• MQTT/HomeAssistant: include FUT100 in effect list (white_mode) and use ETH.localIP() when on ethernet.
• Add WT32-ETH01 ethernet support: new platformio env and flags, ETH-based IP in About/Discovery/HA, SPI remap/init, MDNS/SSDP naming, connection checks in main.cpp.
• Build/config: add USE_FUT100 flag and wt32-eth01 env; minor V2 formatter cleanup and discovery server ETH handling.
