Summary

Chat messages were rendered as plain text, showing raw markdown syntax
Added markdown rendering using marked (already a dependency) with scoped styles matching StoryPanel

Test plan

Verify bold, lists, headings, code blocks render properly in chat
Verify [Session #id] links still work
