Public guarded replay for RH-Lean C286.
The source formalizes the finite contraction consumer behind the repaired AF/IR architecture: coarse-grain each microscopic regulator to one fixed physical matching scale, match the center/two-loop transmutation coordinate there, and use a strict stable contraction to erase the remaining irrelevant mismatch.
It proves homogeneous contraction iteration and budget consumption, plus an affine contraction with a recursive geometric forcing envelope.
This does not prove the Faizal--Shabir weak RG has the required regulator-uniform
q<1, does not matchLambda_YM, does not prove the physical mixed-block estimate, and does not prove continuum OS reconstruction or Yang--Mills.FIVE-ALARM OFF.
