Public theorem-equivalent verifier for RH-Lean #2218 / C295.
Checks the exact finite source for the transfer-normalization firewall and two-state Perron/Doob repair under AXLE Lean 4.30.0. The workflow rejects sorry/admit/sorryAx and standard escape hatches and fails on any Lean/tool warning or error.
Boundary: finite real algebra only; no OS Hilbert-space theorem, infinite-dimensional Perron/Doob uniformity, Yang–Mills transfer identification, physical mass gap, or Clay theorem.
