Verifies only the finite scalar firewall: a strictly positive field-coordinate correction at zero activity cannot be uniformly bounded by
C * activity^2; and four independent quarter-budgets fit inside one invariant radius.The guarded AXLE Lean 4.30 workflow rejects proof escape hatches, failed declarations, Lean/tool errors, and warnings. It does not verify
SU(N),Proj_G, the field-to-rooted-activity transport, AF/IR identification, continuum OS, a mass gap, or the Clay theorem.
