Public theorem-equivalent verifier for RH-Lean C327 / #2263.

Verifies only the finite scalar algebra behind the new source firewall: a source-shaped center remainder containing a K^2 channel can support the geometric pair K' = K/2, g' = g/4 under K^2=g, so the displayed Theorem-10.7 recurrence bounds do not by themselves force the claimed k^(-1/2) center asymptotic.

The guarded AXLE Lean 4.30 workflow rejects proof escape hatches, failed declarations, Lean/tool errors, and warnings. It does not verify source admissibility, the Banach RG map, asymptotic freedom, AF/IR identity, a mass gap, continuum OS, or the Clay theorem.
