Add docker support and update the documentation accordingly.
Tried to modify the previous scripts as little as possible. Just added the strictly needed modifications to make docker build process efficient (avoid a small change in files to require rebuild docker image completely).
Tested in osx successfully. @colleenkhenry scripts, worked like a charm.
