Reduce proxy auto-load latency by avoiding repeated full assignment-view copies and lazily materializing eligible Storage V3 JSON stats. JSON stats lazy loading uses the independent queryNode.segcore.tieredStorage.lazyJsonStatsEnabled switch, enabled by default.
