I think this is under the "Getting Help" section because its target audience is people who are already trying to log in to submit a ticket but are unable to do so.
It's possible the new website doesn't have login failures happening as often. @thomas-zimmerman Do you think it's okay if we demote this article to the general Software Troubleshooting section?

I think that would be fine. We get less questions about login and more about not seeing orders after a guest purchase. This article doesn't help there. |

Ok. I'd like to propose tweaking the wording to make this a little more general if it will live in the Software Troubleshooting section, since the current wording assumes you already know we're talking about our own website specifically. I'll push a commit soon. |
