added the ability to set
coverlay:untested-line-background-colororcoverlay:tested-line-background-colortonilin order to disable it.for instance, I only care about untested lines and would like to disable the background color for tested lines. setting
coverlay:tested-line-background-colortonilworked, but generated warnings in the Messages buffer.also cleaned up an unrelated docstring which looked like a bad copy/paste.
