Hello @tinglou! I’ll be working on Sonic in the following weeks/months.

We have a few things to fix but we are also planning on making great improvements to Sonic, and supporting embedded mode is one of them!

Your PR is quite old, I’ll try to see what we can scavenge from it when we’ll work on this.

Until then, I have a few questions:

1. Are you still using Sonic / would you still like to embed it somewhere?
   • If so, what would be your requirements and desires?
   • If not, what are you using instead? Could we take inspiration from it to better understand users’ needs?
