Problem: Postgres-to-Iceberg value fidelity lacked broad end-to-end coverage.
Solved: adds integration coverage for representative supported types and nulls.
Changes: adds TestPostgresTypeRoundTripToIceberg and minimal Parquet UUID/bytea read-write support.
