The api.csswg.org/bikeshed/ endpoint is no longer reliable. Migrate to www.w3.org/publications/spec-generator/ with the required type=bikeshed-spec and output=html parameters. See w3c/spec-prod#227 (comment)

On second thought, maybe moving to specprod is the right fix here.. (and in CSP) |

Same comment as w3c/webappsec-csp#807 (comment) (which I guess you landed on too...), but I'll ask @mozfreddyb instead. :) Do you still use the makefile? If not, let's just drop it. |

the makefile is useful for local development and I've used it for that from time to time. |
