No useful menu items displayed once editor fully initialised?

Running in CHROME, I get a flash of menu items when the tool starts in the browser, thus:

It then draws the following (with only delete and swap to code options):

If I select code option, it only then presents delete or block menus.

Same behaviour in EDGE.

This is not otherwise intuitive how the board code is downloaded to run on the board.

Ah Windoze. Gave up because the editor was flaky, slow on my Windoze box.

I jumped onto my Debian 10 machine and setup to run on that box and the system is running fine.
