Changes

• Upgrade to Flue 0.1.3, documented here: http://flueframework.com/

Main changes in Flue 0.1.x are:

• Replaced opencode with a custom agent harness, based on just-bash and pi-agent-core
• Custom agent harness means no more need for docker or export const proxies concept. Sandbox providers can offer custom network-level egress control, but local control now uses a simplified defineCommand system that lets you control which CLIs your agent has access to, in a way that agent never gets access to the actual secrets/tokens.
• Other Flue updates are mainly focused on non-CI use-cases and not relevant to us, like better support for sessions, memory/persistence, custom sandbox providers, and more.

Testing

• Tested locally, and in my fork for e2e, all seemed good
