renovate@43 on Node 24 ran but stopped opening bump PRs for the GHCR docker deps. Pin back to renovate@41 (known-good) and set Node 22 to match its engine.

renovate@43 (on Node 24) runs but stopped opening bump PRs for the GHCR docker deps (no updates detected despite newer tags). Revert to the known-good combo:
renovate@41+ Node 22 (matches @41's engine; the runner default that created the earlier bump PRs). Commitci:passes commitlint.
