Some samples have multiple sample accession codes (SRS/ERS) that are then concatenated and separated by commas.
When running the
autofillbot as part of the GitHub action, the bot will query this comma-separated list and there will be no results (see #181).By splitting entries by comma prior to querying ENA, the input is provided and the correct format and the information can be found on ENA.
