Fixed issue #38 -- the migration from sys.args to argparse
File findmissing.py has remained unchanged as it does not explain its functionality.
For genmutants.py, language has moved from a positional argument to an optional argument.
All functionality should remain unchanged.

NOTE: NO ARTIFICIAL INTELEGENCE WAS USED TO CREATE THIS CODE! ALL CODE WAS HANDWRITTEN BY HUMANS!! The reasoning behind not using AI was to ensure proper code that would not change the functionality of the mutator. We went through ensuing we knew the functionality of the code and how it works before making any changes.
