feat(rimble-ui): full component migration + remove Bootstrap (#204)

Summary

Completes #204 (Finish rimble-ui integration).

All components migrated to rimble-ui

Footer, BottomLinks, ShareLink, CashOut, BurnWallet, Receipt, SendByScan, Vendor, Admin, Vendors, RecentTransactions, Advanced, WithdrawFromPrivate, History, Exchange, theme.js (xDAI orange #FF6700)

Bootstrap removed

• Dropped \�ootstrap\ from package.json
• Removed \�ootstrap/dist/css\ import from index.js
• No remaining btn/form-control/col-* usage in src/

Test plan

• 
  pm install && npm start\ on rim branch
• Exchange: DAI/xDai/ETH bridges, send rows, Wyre slider (localhost)
• Vendor/Admin flows, History chat
• Footer alerts, Advanced screen

Update: Exchange.js fully migrated to rimble-ui. Bootstrap dependency removed from package.json and index.js. This should complete the rimble-ui integration scope from #204 — ready for maintainer review.
