Update FastSim 2024 Era, add 2025 workflow

PR description:

Follow up to fix an oversight in #46068 for 2024 FastSim and add the corresponding 2025 workflow.

PR validation:

Tested the new workflows, which run successfully.

First commit (2024) will be backported to 15_0 and 14_2 to ensure correct 2024 workflows in active releases. Second commit (2025) does not need to be backported as far as I know.
