Keep proper file extension for ALCAReAlCaHLTHGComb workflow

This is one component for fixing the workflow in the RNTUPLE builds. The other component has to go into the RNTUPLE only build.

PR validation:

Tested in RNTUPLE build and properly sets file extension.
