Changes look appropriate. I would recommend the TCG establish its own identity moving forward as opposed to referencing the prior TAG in perpetuity.

You removed now the Related Groups, i would still add relevant Groups for this TCG like TAG OR

Re-added the Related CNCF Groups section with links to TAG Environmental Sustainability in 851c965 — let me know if this matches what you had in mind, similar to the AI TCG page.

What this does
Migrates the Environmental Sustainability group's documentation into the centralized
contribute-siterepository, following the group's transition from a TAG to a TCG as discussed in #363.This PR:

The following tasks will be handled separately by the CNCF Infrastructure/TOC team:
