Updates the Harvester documentation for the cluster-pod-security-standard setting by removing a stale external KB reference and adding UI-based configuration instructions alongside the existing CLI workflow.
Changes:
- Removed the link to the old Harvester KB article from the background section.
- Added a UI workflow (Tabs: UI/CLI) for enabling/disabling and configuring the setting.
