According to the latest GitLab documentation, GitLab requires a "check_name" field to accept a code quality report. I figured that was equivalent to the "code" field in the staticcheck output, so I've added a couple lines to copy that over into the output JSON.
I also adjusted the "severity" field to align with the severities listed in the GitLab documentation linked above, so staticcheck's "ignored/warning/error" severities will show up in GitLab properly
