What went wrong
with the new dedicated torso twist button being available regardless of sprinting in shooting phase, and regardless of eligible targets for melee phase, none of the "skip ineligible" options in MegaMek phase flow general settings work as there is always one eligible button (torso twist)
What you expected instead
meks who have sprinted and meks who have nothing to hit in melee to be auto skipped via the phase flow options, as in .51 milestone
Steps to reproduce
load battle
sprint with mek a, have mek b stand in an open field, neither mek A nor mek B are skipped during firing/melee phases despite skip ineligible being turned on

I have asked about this on the MegaMek Discord (optional)
